Pizza Romana (Pizza Al Taglio) Menu
Our menu evolves throughout the day and varies by location.
Distinct from the soft, round Napoletana style, our Roman pizza is baked in large rectangular trays and served al taglio – by the slice. Its slow-fermented sourdough base is light, crisp, and delicately airy, offering a refined yet rustic expression of Roman tradition.
During the day — especially at markets and morning pop-ups — you’ll find us serving Pizza al Taglio, a Roman-style pizza baked in trays and served by the slice, alongside freshly made panini, perfect for breakfast and lunch.
In the evenings, we shift to a traditional Napoletana style — hand-stretched wood fired sourdough pizza.
For functions and private events, we can tailor the menu to your needs and even offer a mix of both pizza styles. Every pizza is crafted by Italian-born owner Jacopo, an experienced Pizzaiolo and Artisan Baker.
