Our menu evolves from day to night, showcasing the depth and tradition of authentic Italian pizza.
During the day — especially at markets and morning pop-ups — you’ll find us serving Roman-style Pizza al Taglio, baked in trays and served by the slice, alongside freshly made panini — favourites for breakfast and lunch.
As evening arrives, we return to our true passion: hand-stretched, long-fermented sourdough pizza Napoletana, baked to perfection in the wood fire oven. Light, blistered, and beautifully balanced, it’s pizza in its most traditional form.
For functions and private events, we can tailor the menu to your needs, or even combine both styles for a unique experience. Every pizza is designed and crafted by Italian-born owner Jacopo, an experienced Pizzaiolo and Artisan Baker with a deep respect for time-honoured methods.
Our menu varies with the seasons and ingredient availability — you’ll often find a thoughtfully created daily special wherever you find us.
